Low Poly Island

Low poly island created in blender, quite proud of how it turned out.
I dont want to take much credit for this, i followed CGGeeks Low Poly Island tutorial that you can find here:

This was really fun to do and ive learnt alot from it, i hope to be able to make this on my own, without a tutorial,
